Let me ask you a question. Do you LOVE your life? I am guessing your answer is YES! I bet you’re thriving at work and/or school. You’re in a healthy, loving, and committed relationship. You feel confident and on top of the world! You’re not anxious, feeling low, second guessing or blaming yourself for things that happened in a current or previous relationship. Well, I hope so! These are exactly the types of statements that I hear from my own clients, and it brings me great joy to see them living a fulfilled life.

I must admit though, this was not always the case. When I first met these same clients, they were contemplating their next steps. Some were unsure if they should remain in a relationship, while others were healing from a traumatic experience. Many had given up on following their dreams, and wanted a safe and nonjudgmental environment where they could be heard, feel, and just be.

If that is you, I can HELP!

I am an integrative therapist who believes that you are the “EXPERT” in your life. My role is to hold space as you recognize your own inner strength, experience restoration, and rediscover joy! My specialties are complex trauma, sexual violence, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and self-harming behaviors (mutilation and eating disorders). I am currently accepting 8 new clients, and have evening and weekend appointments available.

If you want to take back your POWER and LIVE a more purposeful life, like my other clients, give me a call today at 321-348-8704!
